Cute dress but there was a weird construction nuance - the top was quite baggy but the skirt in the lower waist area was tight. I think the look like that they were going for was "french tucked shirt and fitted skirt" which is clever but it probably requires a very specific body shape for it to look tidy.＜abbr＞,,, ＜/abbr＞
