FULFILLMENT: Sellers must ship their order within 5 business days of receiving an order. Buyers can raise a dispute within 3 business days of delivery. See below on refunds/returns.

COMMISSION: We take a 15% commission. This covers shipping and any payment processing charges. There are no other fees or charges. The payout will hit your bank account once the 3 day window for disputes passes.

MINIMUM PRICE: We have a minimum price of $50. We don't want to encourage fast fashion on the platform, nor do we want deeply damaged items.

REFUNDS/RETURNS: You can raise a dispute when the seller has clearly committed fraud or has completely misrepresented an item (google "online shopping fails" and that's what we're talking about). Now, if an item isn't to your liking, re-list it and we will charge a 10% commission. The item may not be for you but it could most certainly be for someone else!
